Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools (KCKPS) acknowledges the recent announcement by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) regarding the district.
KCKPS respectfully disagrees with the federal agencies’ conclusions and maintains that the district has acted in good faith and in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
