Kansas City, MO — Health Forward Foundation is pleased to announce Anthony C. Lloyd Sr. as its next Chief Financial Officer. In this executive leadership role, Lloyd will guide Health Forward’s financial strategy and operations, providing insight and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making and long-term sustainability. He will lead financial planning, legal and compliance, audits, and internal controls while also ensuring transparency, operational excellence, and alignment with Health Forward’s mission and future growth.

With more than 20 years of experience leading financial strategy for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and public sector entities, Lloyd brings a unique blend of financial expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to economic equity and community health.
Lloyd’s career highlights include executive leadership positions such as Chief Administrative & Financial Officer for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Chief Financial Officer for Mid-America Transplant and INROADS, and strategic advisor with the Livingston Hill Group. Throughout his career, he has driven sustainable growth, implemented strong governance practices, and managed multibillion-dollar portfolios with a focus on innovation in investment strategy, risk management, and impact-focused funding.

A graduate of Tuskegee University, Lloyd also holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, and has completed executive education programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business (Emerging CFO Program) and Georgetown University Law Center’s Charles Hamilton Houston Program.
