On August 28, Missouri Senate Bill 190 (SS/SB 190) will become effective. The bill was signed by the Missouri Gov. Mike Parson on July 6, 2023 and modifies provisions relating to the taxation of seniors authorizing a county to grant a property tax credit to eligible taxpayers residing within the county.
