U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt Announces Retirement
Republican U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt on Monday announced that he will retire from the Senate after his term ends in 2022. Amid speculation swirling following the announcement, is the possibility that U.S. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver II, a Democrat, who represents the 5th District, might run for the seat in the mid-term election.
