Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO) on Wednesday voted in favor of two resolutions that would avert a catastrophic rail shutdown and provide paid sick leave, a 24 percent pay raise, and other critical benefits to more than 100,000 freight railroad workers.

New Kansas Crime-Tracking System Halfway Completed, Officials Say

TOPEKA/November 23, 2022— The Kansas Bureau of Investigation director said the agency’s new data tracking system is about halfway complete and will create a better overview of the state’s crime problem, including a potential rise in fentanyl cases.
