Charges Filed Against Man Who Admitted to Robbing Joanne Collins

Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson last week announced a felony charge against a Kansas City man who snatched a purse from former Kansas City, Missouri Councilwoman Joanne Collins, 89. Collins is a NAIA championship games fan and was attending the games being held downtown last month.
