Kansas City voters on Tuesday, overwhelmingly approved Question 1 to continue the Earnings Tax. In the Kansas City, Mo. School Board race, a newcomer, Tanesha Ford delivered an upset to incumbent Patty Mansur, board chair, in the at-large race. Ford was a Freedom-backed candidate.
