Blackmansstreettoday—The NAACP, the nation’s oldest civil rights organization, will spend $20 million on the 2026 midterm elections, alarmed by the U.S. Supreme Court's April ruling that gutted the Voting Rights Act’s power to combat racial gerrymandering.
