The Kansas City legislature last week overwhelmingly approved Ordinance #5787, enacting a property tax credit to eligible taxpayers within Jackson County, Missouri, in accordance with the Revised Statutes of Missouri Section 137.1050 (SB190).
The Ordinance then went to County Executive, Frank White, Jr. for signature but was returned to the Legislature unsigned.
