In the photo, protesters are shown marching through the street calling for justice after the death of Andrew Brown Jr. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, at K.C. Globe presstime, it was reported that Superior Court Judge Jeff Foster ruled against a petition filed by a group of media outlets, requesting the entire footage of the fatal police encounter involving Brown, 42, on April 21. The victim’s brother who, along with the family attorney were the only ones allowed earlier this week to view snippets of the video and claim that Brown was “executed” by the deputies. Foster said his decision was based on the release of the video potentially affecting a trial if one occurs and possibly jeopardizing the safety of the deputies in question. photo/© Joe Raedle/Getty Images
