A criminal charge of driving while intoxicated and causing the vehicular crash near Arrowhead Stadium, severely injuring 5-year-old Ariel Young was filed Monday by Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker against former K.C. Chiefs coach Britt Reid.
